Fair University will be housed in the Agriculture Building for the 2011 Fair with presentations on the Cooking Show Stage. Check back September 15 for the Fair University Schedule! Presentations will be late morning with all presentations completed prior to the Cooking Shows.

Each day at 2 p.m., the Cooking Show presentations will begin. Guest chefs will be featured daily. Cooking shows are held in our 100+ year old Agriculture Building (very near several delicious ice cream stands). Learn new techniques. Find new recipes while being entertained and while you rest your feet!
