Super Science!

Super Science Company "Fun with Physics" is all-day entertainment and educational! This hands-on, interactive exhibit includes Mind Bogglers, Simple Machines, Newton's Laws, Demonstrations and lots more physics fun. Super Science will be in our popular Big R's Fair Farm (Expo Building) located directly south of the Young Life Barbecue Building. (Fun for people of all ages!)
VOICE of the FAIR

Meet Louise Adams. When you hear this pleasant voice over the PA System, you'll understand why she's known as the Lady with the Golden Voice. If you've attended high school sporting events in the SunDome, you've most likely heard Louise. Welcome to the 2011 Fair, Louise!
Mommy Zone & Toddler Town
Nursing mothers and mothers of toddler-age children will enjoy an area located in the Valley Building (Big R's Fair Farm). A quiet area with rocking chairs and changing table is available to take care of your wee ones. Toddler Town features things just for the toddler-age child. Get them out of their strollers and let them play in a safe, fenced area. You will LOVE this building!
The Many Sounds of the Ring-A-Ding Ding!

Many of you have walked past the Ring-A-Ding Ding and heard the little kids playing. Many adults and teens have played on it too. Imagine a professional drummer tinkering around on it! Here's your chance to hear what a real drummer can do on the RADD. Our 2008 Fair TV commercials feature the Ring-A-Ding Ding in the background. Listen to our three TV spots by clicking on the links below. We love these commercials and want you to enjoy them even though it's no longer 2008!
Some fun videos to watch include our Staff kids plus a young professional drummer. To view, go to youtube.com and enter search words "Yakima Fair
Ring-A-Ding Ding." Viewing these will give you an idea as to how we shot the TV commercials.
