Selection Process: All applications go through a selection process – NOT first-come, first-serve basis.
Applications are reviewed and selections are based on the following criteria:
- Product balance on fairgrounds
- Uniqueness of product service
- Attractiveness of booth set-up/display
Exclusivity: The Central Washington State Fair does not offer exclusivity on products or services.
Items Required to Operate Booth:
- General Liability Insurance with a not-less-than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) Combined Single Limit Per Occurrence and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) Aggregate for bodily injury to one or more persons and property damage. Insurance may be available through the Fair Association's’ carrier at a nominal fee.
- Uniform Business Identification Number (issued by the Department of Revenue) Contact the local office @ 509.454.5160 or 1.800.647.7906.
Payment Schedule: Contracts issued are due with a 50% deposit. The balance of the space fee is due by the date listed on the contract. Payment may be made by cash, check or Bank Card. Failure to pay deposit or space fee balance by due dates shall result in cancellation of the contract and forfeiture of any fees paid.

Concession Deposit Fees vary depending on size and location.
Food Rates: $600.00 minimum guarantee for the first 15’ frontage and $40.00 per foot after or 23% of gross sales, whichever is greater.
